How it works
Four moves from first tile to the top seat.
Hectile is a 10×10 board. Each row is a sector and each tile is a company. Buy tiles, stack rows, raid rivals, and the player with the most tiles sits in the Chairman's seat.
Stack a row
Six tiles in a row make you Sector Head. The whole row makes you Sector Owner, with triple dividends and a shield.
Raid a rival
Pay 150% of a tile's price to seize it from another player. They get paid out, and the extra premium is burned.
Take the chair
Hold the most tiles and the crown is yours. The Chairman skims 10% of every rival's dividends.

Each row behaves differently. Tech swings hard and pays little. Utilities barely move and pay steadily. Tap a sector to light up its row.

Buying or selling a tile costs 1 move. A hostile takeover costs 2. Moves don't carry over.

The owner receives 120% of the tile's price. The rest of the premium is burned. A tile that just traded is locked for the quarter.

The Chairman's board fee
Whoever holds the most tiles skims a tenth of every rival's dividends. Ties keep the sitting Chairman.

Tiles are priced in the token
Every buy, sell and takeover settles on Ethereum, so ownership of the board is public and verifiable.
Quarterly payouts to tile owners
Each round, the game pays tile owners based on their tiles, their rows and who holds the chair.
Takeover premiums get burned
The part of a takeover price above 120% leaves circulation for good. More raids, less supply.

Questions from the trading floor.
Does the demo use real money?+
No. The demo runs entirely in your browser with play credits. Nothing is bought, sold or stored on a blockchain, and credits have no value.
Are these real companies?+
No, and they never will be. Every company, ticker, price and headline on Hectile is fictional, in the demo and on the live board. A tile is a share in a made-up company inside the game.
Do I need a wallet to play?+
Not for the demo. To unlock it, just follow @HectileGame on X. Wallets come in with the on-chain board.
How do I win?+
Hold the most tiles when the final bell rings and you're the Chairman, which wins the game. If you manage to own three complete sectors before then, you win immediately.
How do I stop rivals raiding me?+
Stack rows. With 6 tiles in a row, raiders pay double. With the full row, your tiles there can't be taken at all. Freshly traded tiles are also locked until the next quarter.
When does the live board launch?+
After the token launch. Follow @HectileGame for the date and the only official contract address.
